• Footage may be shared with law enforcement or emergency services when responding to a suspected incident at your site, at your direction, or where required by law
• Retention of recorded footage is governed by your camera system and your service agreement

Client responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your camera placement, signage, and any audio recording comply with applicable federal, state, and local surveillance and privacy laws in your jurisdiction, and for notifying employees and visitors as required by law.
