Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 12, 2026 | Last Updated: July 12, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by US Scope 360, operating as Scope 360 Surveillance ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
Scope 360 Surveillance provides remote video monitoring services for small businesses, including live monitoring of client-owned camera systems, incident review, and notification of suspected activity to the client and/or emergency services. We currently serve businesses in Texas, California, Nevada, and Arizona. We are a monitoring service provider only; we are not a security guard company, an alarm response company, or a law enforcement agency.
2. Pricing & Billing
- Introductory monitoring is offered at $1.00 per hour of monitoring, per the plan and schedule agreed at signup
- Monitoring is billed monthly in arrears — you are invoiced after the service period for the hours monitored during that period
- Invoices are issued at the start of each month for the prior month and are due upon receipt. Payments are processed through Stripe
- Service is month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time by notifying us before your next billing date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current service month
- If any amount has been paid in advance, unused monitoring is refunded on a prorated basis upon cancellation
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the new rate
- Accounts more than 7 days past due may have monitoring suspended until the balance is paid
3. Client Responsibilities
To receive monitoring services, you agree to:
- Provide and maintain functioning cameras, recording equipment, and a stable internet connection at each monitored site
- Grant us the remote access credentials required to view your camera feeds, and promptly notify us of any changes to them
- Ensure your camera placement, signage, and any audio recording comply with all applicable federal, state, and local surveillance and privacy laws, and that employees and visitors are notified as required by law
- Confirm you are the owner of, or are legally authorized to grant access to, the camera systems being monitored
- Keep your emergency contact and escalation information current
We are not responsible for gaps in monitoring caused by camera failure, power loss, internet outage, changed credentials, or obstructed camera views.
4. Acceptable Use
By using our services, you agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
- Request monitoring of any location or camera system you do not own or are not authorized to access
- Use the service to unlawfully surveil, harass, stalk, or intimidate any individual
- Request monitoring of areas where recording is prohibited by law (for example, restrooms, changing areas, or private residences without lawful consent)
- Send spam or unsolicited communications, or violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, or A2P 10DLC regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service immediately for violations of this section.
5. SMS Communications & TCPA Compliance
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting through our website chat widget, you agree to receive automated SMS and text messages from Scope 360 Surveillance, which may include promotional offers. You understand that:
- Consent is not a condition of purchase
- Message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance
- Your SMS opt-in data and mobile number will never be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes
6. Intellectual Property

7. Disclaimers & No Guarantee of Prevention
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that monitoring will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every event will be detected, or that any notification will result in a response by law enforcement or emergency services. Response times by third parties are outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scope 360 Surveillance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, property, data, or business opportunities — arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for monitoring services in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scope 360 Surveillance and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable surveillance or privacy law, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Third-Party Platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, Stripe, Google, Meta, and Twilio, as well as your own camera and internet providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may cancel by contacting us at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, monitoring will cease and we will revoke our access to your camera systems.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
